Together, we will develop an action map of real, attainable steps to move you closer to your bigger vision. One on one meetings can be set up to be face to face or by Facetime, whatever fits into your schedule. Sessions are 50- 60 minutes in length and structured by the discussion on progress made and revisiting your goals for upcoming sessions. My job is to  make sure you are on track in hitting your goals and to offer tools and resources that you can use to move to the next step in your plan. As your coach,  my advice is based on experience and training and my own goal is to offer techniques that are the most effective in helping you to change old limiting patterns of the past.
