My name is Kristen Weardon and I look forward to the

Estate needs. I started out as a Realtor and being one has always been my passion, my home base. Real Estate is in my blood.
My family and I have a long history in the industry. My grandfather was a builder in Greenwich for 67 years, my mother Donna Anderson founded her own real estate firm, and I joined the family business, becoming a licensed Realtor® in 1989.
Being a Realtor in Naples for over 25 years and a resident of Pelican Bay since 1994, I have experienced the ups and downs
in our Real Estate Market. I watched and helped make a Naples
become a world-class destination. These experiences make me
a strong and qualified candidate to represent you and your Real
Estate needs.
My specialty is in the Luxury Market but I enjoy all aspect and find gratification out of helping people link up with their dream home or investment property. I assist all buyers, sellers, and investors with my vast experience in both Real Estate and business, utilizing my negotiating skills, passion for unwavering client representation, knowledge of luxury properties, as well as experience with international cultures to better understand, assist, and fulfill the needs of an extremely diverse array of Real Estate clientele.
There are multiple components involved for successful client
representation. That representation requires a great deal of
communication with many different professionals to effectively
negotiate and closes a deal.
It has given me great joy to have written and negotiated contracts for millions of dollars worth of transaction. My clients can always count on my knowledge and background to provide them with insight and direction in their Real Estate plans and dreams.
